Inside-Foot Pass

The most-used pass in soccer. You push the ball to a teammate with the inside of your foot — flat, accurate, and along the ground.

1
Put your standing foot next to the ball, level with it, toes pointing at your teammate. The ball rolls where that foot points.
2
Turn your kicking foot sideways so the big flat inside of it — the arch — faces your target. Lock your ankle, toes up.
✨ feel it — the inside of your foot is curved like the ball, which is exactly why it's so accurate — face it at your teammate.
