TrueForm ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, contact us at PLACEHOLDER-CONTACT-EMAIL@example.com.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address, and basic profile info if you sign in with Google.
• Subscription & billing — your subscription tier and trial status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — how many form analyses and AI coaching sessions you've used each month, so we can apply the limits on your plan.
• Your measured skill results — for each skill you analyze, we store a numeric score and whether you've reached mastery, tied to your account, so we can show your progress over time.

What we do NOT collect

Your video never leaves your browser for form analysis. When you film or upload a clip, the pose-tracking analysis (the skeleton overlay, the measured angles) runs entirely on your own device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your raw video to our servers for this purpose.

If you request AI-generated coaching notes (an optional, separate feature), we send only the numeric measurements already computed on your device (e.g. "knee angle: 96°") to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the coaching text. The video or image itself is never sent.

How we use your data

• To provide the service itself (running your account, tracking your subscription and usage limits).
• To show you your own progress and mastery history.
• To process payments (via Stripe) and manage your subscription.
• To generate AI coaching text (via Anthropic's API), only when you explicitly request it.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Who we share data with

• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — our hosting, database, and authentication provider.
• Stripe — our payment processor, for subscription billing.
• Anthropic — our AI provider, only for the specific numeric measurements described above, and only when you request AI coaching.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing PLACEHOLDER-CONTACT-EMAIL@example.com. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page.

Children's privacy

TrueForm is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
