Grip & Ready PositionAnalysis
A relaxed grip and ready base is where the whip starts — get this before anything.

The Overhead ClearAnalysis
The clear is the smash's twin: same overhead swing, same knee→hip→shoulder→elbow→wrist chain. Groove it high and long first.
Intermediate

The SmashAnalysis
The grounded smash: full rotation and wrist snap, contact high and in front. Nail it standing before you leave the ground.

Footwork & Split-StepAnalysis
The jump smash needs an explosive base — train the split-step and push-off timing.
